SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No code is required—free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

A remote area surcharge may apply to certain locations. If applicable, this charge will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address. If your order qualifies for free shipping, any remote area surcharge will still apply.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes, so please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

We aim to process all orders placed before 11:00 PM (EST) on the same day. During busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email and can expect delivery within the estimated timeframes below.
